The Flatiron Cage, when paired with a barbell, allows for various freestyle weight training exercises such as free squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. It can also be used with a training bench for exercises like flat bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, and seated shoulder press.
Features:
- Double-sided quick-adjust J-hooks, good for exercises like bench press, squats, deadlifts and military press.
- Multi-functional pull-up bar offers three different grips. Diamond-patterned knurling for effective anti-slip.
- Three barbell plate storage rods on each side.
- 13 adjustment positions, each spaced 4 inches apart, with the highest being 67.5 and the lowest being 18 inches.
- Double-sided quick-adjust safety arms.
- Landmine as standard attachment.
