The BODYCRAFT F704 Flat to Incline to Decline Utility Bench, formerly known as the F320, is a versatile and robust bench designed for a wide range of exercises. It excels as a dumbbell bench and integrates seamlessly with BODYCRAFT XFT, RFT, Jones Machines, the F430 Power Rack, and most brands of Smith Machines and Racks. Its unique design ensures that as the bench inclines, the pads slide back to stay in line with the bar, minimizing the need for constant adjustments and eliminating the hassle of turning the bench around for exercises like shoulder presses. With eight incline positions (-20°, 0°, 15°, 30°, 38°, 45°, 60°, 70°), the F704 offers extensive versatility for your workouts. The bench is 20″ tall in the flat position, making dumbbells easy to reach, and features a seat that declines for added comfort and stability when inclined. The comfortable seat and seat back are made from 2″ thick, high-density foam, covered in vinyl with upholstered back covers, providing both durability and comfort.
