With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. I compared models carefully and think the larger platform is ideal for the moves you need to get down onto it for. I love the guidance from the computer programming with lots of options of programs to choose from and the option to set it to manual for whatever I want. The only thing this is lacking is a remote control to start it once you’re down into position for the calf massage / contacted the maker with my suggestion already. Top Fitness was outstanding with delivery speed and set up. I’m so happy! Thank you for improving the quality of my life!
