PJ has 4+ years of experience in Speed & Agility Coaching. He is a former Division1 Athlete, he also played football professionally in Canada & France. His goal in life is to inspire & motivate as many people as possible to accomplish their goals. When PJ is not at work he enjoys sprinting, hiking and trying out new foods.
